JMA Wireless, azienda statunitense fondata nel 1942, ha sede a Liverpool, NY.
Nel 2013 acquisisce Teko Telecom, azienda italiana specializzata nelle telecomunicazioni. Negli anni 2000, Teko realizza la più grande rete europea di ripetitori per la copertura cellulare di gallerie. In seguito l’azienda si specializza in progettazione, sviluppo e produzione di sistemi DAS per la copertura cellulare in alta concentrazione di utenti (stadi, arene, centri commerciali, aeroporti, etc.).
Progettazione, sviluppo e produzione sono a Castel S.Pietro Terme (BO). Qui è nato XRAN, evoluzione del DAS in chiave 5G che integra funzioni di rete di accesso mobile totalmente virtualizzate. Il personale conta oggi più di 200 dipendenti, con laboratori in Italia, USA e collaborazioni con l’Università di Bologna.

Job Purpose:
Concur in the pre-sale technical support to sales team, product line management team and business development team with the objective to show JMA product quality and features while optimizing its appeal by proposing efficient technical solutions, which optimize its actual performance.
Knowledge, experience and skills required:
Master Degree in Telecommunication or Electronic Engineering
A fundamental understanding of the main cellular technology standards, as 5G, 4G, 3G, 2G
Experience in the practice of iBwave design, preferable in DAS contexts, would be a strong asset.

The C++ Developer will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle. The person in this role will support development of management services and user interfaces. Furthermore, the person in this role may be involved in customizations of the software to interface with customer’s systems.
Minimum Requirements:
• Experience in C++ and Python
• Experience with Typescript, JavaScript, Java and SQL languages.
• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST and JSON).
• Object oriented design experience.
Additional Experience and Knowledge a Plus:
• Agile development concepts.
• Test Driven development concepts.
• Network programming experience.
• Embedded systems software development.
• Java EE frameworks.
Education Required:
• A Bachelor`s degree in computer science or engineering with emphasis on telecommunications and wireless technologies.

The L1/L2 BBU Junior Software Engineer will be responsible for the design of Layer 1 and Layer 2 features of the LTE eNodeB baseband unit (BBU). The person in this role will be part of an internal development team, with members located in Italy and the US, focused on new software engineering for the LTE eNodeB BBU. The person in this position will also work with Senior Developers and System Engineers to design and debug advanced functionalities.
Minimum Requirements:
•Experience in an engineering capacity developing Linux software in C or C++, with a focus on embedded programming.
•Development experience with at least one base station scheduler: Wi-Fi, WiMAX, etc.
•Understanding of the development challenges associated with an eNodeB MAC scheduler.
Additional Experience and Knowledge a Plus:
•Experience with some base station scheduler (Wi-Fi, WiMAX, etc.).
Education Required:
